Alfredo Apodaca

Rosary and Funeral Mass for Alfredo Apodaca 97, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Friday-October 16, 2015-10:00 AM at St. Vivian's Catholic Church in Milan, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Military Honors will be by the VFW Lodge 3221.



Alfredo was born on May 16, 1918 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and he passed away on October 12, 2015 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a Veteran of the US Army during World War II.



He is survived by his Loving Wife: Orlinda Lopez Apodaca of Grants, New Mexico; Sons: Genaro Apodaca and wife Rosa Maria of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Eloy Apodaca and wife Beatrice of Tucson, Arizona; Daughter: Pareese Apodaca of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Stepchildren: Albert Tafoya and wife Terry, Geri Rodriguez and husband Robert, Teri Gonzales and husband Daniel, Peggy Tafoya and companion Gilbert and Michael Tafoya and wife Nancy; Grandchildren: Gelenna Apodaca, Tonia Apodaca, Marina Wichternan, Patrick Apodaca, Cesear Apodaca; 13 Step grandchildren, 29 Step Great Grandchildren and 1 Step Great Great Grandchild; Brothers: Vicente Apodaca, Damacio Apodaca and Luis Apodaca; Sisters: Mary Gonzales, Petra Montano and Natividad Maldonado.



He is preceded in death by his Parents: Edwardo Apodaca and Piedad Lucero Apodaca; Brothers: Vicente Apodaca, Damacio Apodaca and Luis Apodaca; Sisters: Mary Gonzales, Petra Montano and Natividad Maldonado.



Pallbearers will be: Eddie Gonzales, Otanacio Maldonado, Joseph Apodaca, Fabian Montano, Daniel Gonzales, Michael Tafoya.
