Bonnie Sue Craft Winters, born November 2nd 1945 in Portsmouth, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord June 26th 2023. A strong woman of faith, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, and gardener; she led a full and abundant life. Fulfilling her call to serve the Lord wherever she was placed. For 38 years she served as a missionary to the Native American people in the Grants, New Mexico area. First with her husband, Jim Winters, then remaining and serving another 20 years after his death. Her children will always know the great love she had for us, and the love that Christ has shown through the way she lived her life with strong faith and persistence. We may never know another woman of God with a faith and a strength like hers. She has left her legacy on all of our hearts. She has been reunited in glory with her husband of 35 years, James “Jim” Winters. As well as her parents John Lloyd Craft and Euva Craft, her brother Lonnie Craft, and her sister Connie Craft Shaw. Those who will be missing her dearly on this side of Heaven; her children Sarah Winters Sanders, Matt Winters, and April Winters. Her brothers Donnie Craft and Monnie Craft. Seven grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends. All of which have been touched by her sweet spirit and servant's heart.
“Her children arise up and call her blessed...” Proverbs 31:28
