Dulces Olivas

Funeral Services for Dulces N. Olivas 61 of Gamerco, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-June 13, 2018-10:00 AM at the Pueblo de Dios Iglesia Pentecostal Church 403 Historic Route 66 in Gallup. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.



A family wake will be held on Tuesday-June 12, 2018 starting at 6:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at the family home, 408 Santa Rita, Gamerco, New Mexico.



Dulces was born on September 12, 1956 in Chihuahua, Mexico and he passed away on June 8, 2018 in Gamerco, New Mexico. He was a Cook for Furrs's Cafeteria before he retired.



He is survived by his Loving Wife: Isela "Castillo" Olivas of Gamerco, New Mexico; Son: Josue Olivas of Gallup, New Mexico; Daughters: Loeza Chacon and Maira Sauceda both of Gallup, New Mexico; Brothers: Leonardo Olivas of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Bernave Olivas of Mexico; Sisters: Nicolasa Olivas, Julia Olivas and Leonor Olivas all of Mexico; 6 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.



He is preceded in Death by his Parents: Jesus Olivas and Lucia "Tarin" Olivas; Brother: Bartolo Olivas; Sister: Maria Elena Olivas.



Pallbearers will be: Juan Lujan, Hugo Quinones, Jose Pepe Rios, Rigo Barrera, Saul Prieto, Rosendo Soto.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Manuel Castillo-Cuate, Arturo Castillo, Efren Castillo, Daniel Olivas, Chato Sauceda, Paco Chacon, Joel Contreras, Adalverto Contreras, Oscar Carnero, Irving Morales, Eliborio Lee.



The family will receive friends and family at the Gallup Community Service Center after the Burial
