Funeral Services for Elizabeth King Keedah, 103 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Friday-November 13, 2015-11:00 AM at the Fort Defiance Assembly of God Church in Fort Defiance, Arizona. Burial will follow at the Fort Defiance Community Cemetery. Pastor Jerry Eastridge will officiate.
Elizabeth was born on August 11, 1912 in Corn Fields, Arizona and she passed away on November 9, 2015 in Grants, New Mexico. She was retired from the BIA Boarding Schools as a Guidance Aide.
She is survived by her children: Margaret Etsitty, Marilyn Keedah, Mary Rawls, Josephine Nahlee, Cecelia Montoya, Norma Tafoya, Virgina Silva, Carrie Silva, Darlene Chester; 17 Grandchildren and 35 Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Wilson Keedah, Sr.; Parents: Margaret Left Hand and Hostiin Be nii adini; Daughters: Marjorie Billy, Shirley Emery, Roberta Ray; Sons: Wilson Keeday, Jr., Nelson Keedah, Wilbert Keedah, Sr., Emmett Silva, Larry Silva; Brothers: Ralph Johns, Sr., Alfred Johns, Kurt Johns and Henry Johns; Sisters: Mary Thomas, Donna Silva, Lois Warren, Ta-has-bah, A-has-bah.
Pallbearers will be: Michael Sakiestewa, Vern Etsitty, Eddie Tafoya, Glover Rawls, Alison Etsitty.
