Elojio Montano

Rosary and Wake for Elojio "Eloy" Montano 78, of Cubero, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-May 22, 2014-7:00 PM at the San Fidel Catholic Church.



Funeral Mass will be held on Friday-May 23, 2014-10:00 AM at the San Fidel Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Fidel Community Cemetery. The Very Rev. Alberto Avella will be the celebrant.



Eloy was born on September 2, 1935 in Cubero, New Mexico and he passed away on May 18, 2014 in Cubero, New Mexico.



He is survived by his loving wife: Estella Sanchez Montano of Cubero, New Mexico; Sons: Christopher "Wedo" Montano of Cubero, New Mexico, Joe Montano and companion Maria Abeita of Cubero, New Mexico, James Montano and companion Myra Chino of Cubero, New Mexico; Daughters: Dorothy Pohl and husband Jerry of Seboyeta, New Mexico, Debra Lucero of Grants, New Mexico and Melinda Montano of Grants, New Mexico; Sisters: Aduelia Montano of Cubero, New Mexico and JoAnn Shaw of Milan, New Mexico; 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.



He is preceded in death by his Son: Filiberto Montano; Parents: Anselmo Montano and Carmen Chavez Montano; Brother: Decielano Montano;



Pallbearers will be: Lorraine Lucero, Little James, Jospeh Montano, Jerry Pohl Jr., Richard Shaw, Eudemnio Martinez, Jessica Montano, Darrell Salazar



Honorary Pallbearers will be: All of the Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
