Elsie was born on June 28, 1952 in Crownpoint, New Mexico and she passed away on December 17, 2017 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She is survived by her Children: Johnathan James, Sr., Johnny James, Alice Martinez and Tonya Martinez all of Cuba, New Mexico.
She is preceded in death by her Parents: Joe F. Martinez and Emma Jim.
