Funeral Services for Frank G. Benally, 94, of Crownpoint, New Mexico will be held on Friday-November 11, 2005-11:00 AM at the Hosanna Church in Crownpoint, New Mexico. Pastor Harry Cayadito will officiate. Burial will follow on private family land in the Becenti Area.
Mr. Benally was born January 10, 1911 into the Folded Arms People Clan and for the Towering House People Clan in Crownpoint , New Mexico and passed away on November 6, 2005 in Farmington, New Mexico.
He is survived by his children: June Toldeo of Crownpoint, New Mexico, Carol Dolan of Becenti, New Mexico, Christina Tarango of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ernest Benally of Becenti, New Mexico, Francis Benally of Ft. Defiance, Arizona, Rosita Belin of Becenti, New Mexico, Albin Benally of Becenti, New Mexico; Brother: Wade Benally of Chicago, Il; Sister Mable Thompson of Thoreau, New Mexico; 38 Grandchildren, 46 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Granchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Nancy Benally; Parents: Eth Nez and Enop Pah Benally; Brothers: Chester Benally, Jones Benally, Sam Benally, Ernest Benally and Joe Benally; Sisters: Sadie Beanlly, Ruth Livingsotn, Margie House and Etta Ramone.
Pallbeares will be: Allisten Benally, Kevin Benally, Ron Dolan, Melvin Mescale, Damon Toledo, Alvin Benally, LeShane Billy, and Harrison Jake.
