Jacques was born on November 19, 1968 and raised in Santa Rosa, New Mexico and he passed away on January 31, 2019 in Grants, New Mexico.
He graduated from Santa Rosa High School in 1987. Following high school he joined the United States Navy. He served with the Seabee Construction Battalion 3 in Port Hueneme, California and other Seabee detachments. He deployed overseas several times to: Spain, Guam, Italy and Iceland among other location and countries.
He left the Navy in 2001 with an Honorable Discharge. While serving , he received Navy Achievements, Good Conduct, Deployment, National Defense, and Sharp Shooter Medals. Since leaving the Navy,he spent timeliving in California, Montana and Utah. He just moved back to New Mexico to spend time with his daughter and grandchildren.
survived by his Daughter: Audreyana Romero and husband Jonathan Blea of Grants, New Mexico; Mother: Julia Reed; Brothers: Jerome Romero and wife Diana and Eddie Romero and wife Violet; Grandchildren: Jonathan, Nathan, Jason Isaiah.
He is preceded in death by his Father: Eddie Romero.
