Services for James Chaco, 77 of Smith Lake, New Mexico will be held Tuesday-November 25, 2008-11:00 AM at the Family Home,House #62 Smith Lake Drive in Smith Lake, New Mexico. Burial will follow on private family land in Smith Lake, New Mexico. Pastor Arlis V. Secody will officiate.
Mr. Chaco was born August 24, 1931 and passed away on November 20, 2008 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
He is survived by his wife: Laura House Chaco of Smith Lake, New Mexico; Children: Eddie Chaco of Canyoncito, New Mexico, Marlene Morgan of Becenti, New Mexico, Margaret Chaco of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Darlene Chaco of Smith Lake, New Mexico, Emerson Laurence of Gallup, New Mexico, Erwin Laurence of Thoreau, New Mexico, Doris Logan of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sharon Joe of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Mearl Laurence of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Terry Laurence of Lakewood, Colorado; Brother: Nelson Chaco of Thoreau, New Mexico; 46 Grandchildren and 78 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Tom Chaco and Fannie Chaco; Sons: Bennie Chaco and Floyd Laurence, Jr; Sisters: Flora Joe and Martha House.
Pallbearers will be: Sebastion Chaco, John Chaco, Antonio Chaco, Tyle Pablo, Cody Pablo and Mearl Laurence.
