He is survived by: Wife Ramona Loy of Gallup, New Mexico, Children: Roxy Jimenez of Gallup, New Mexico, Joe Garcia of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Laura Loy of Gallup, New Mexico, Johyn Loy of Gallup, New Mexico; Brothers: Leonard Loy of Little Rock, Arkansas and Carol Loy of Little Rock, Arkansas; Sister: Myrna Garner of Little Rock, Arkansas; 6 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild
