Funeral Mass for Joseph C. Ortega 35, of Milan, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-July 12, 2011-10:00 AM at the San Rafael Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.
A rosary will be held on Monday-July 11, 2011-7:00 PM at the San Rafael Catholic Church.
Joseph was born on September 20, 1975 in Gallup, New Mexico and he passed away on July 8, 2011 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was employed with Ortega Propane at the time of his death.
He is survived by his loving wife: Sandy Ortega of Milan, New Mexico; Children: Bryanna Ortega, Gabriella Ortega and Abel Ortega all of Milan, New Mexico; Parents: Able Ortega, Sr. and Gloria Ortega of San Rafael, New Mexico; Brother: Tony Ortega of San Rafael, New Mexico; sister: Teresa Lopez and husband John of Grants, New Mexico; Sister-in-law: Darlene Barela and husband Aaron of Grants, New Mexico; Grandparents: Ruby Ortega of Albuqueruqe, New Mexico, Francis Waldee of Tucson, Arizona, Jessie and Evelyn Gomez of Bluewater Acres, New Mexico.
He is preceded in death by his brother: Abel Ortega, Jr.; Grandparents: J.M. Ortega, Gabriel Abeyta and Andres Lopez.
Pallbearers will be: Eddie Lopez, Chris Lopez, Aaron Barela, Sr., Aaron Barela, Jr., Joey Murrietta and Sergio Sierra.
