Many would remember Kenneth fondly as a used car salesman whose charisma and sincerity built lasting relationships in the community he served. He was passionate about his work, but even more so, he was dedicated to helping others, a trait that endeared him to numerous customers and colleagues alike.
Kenneth’s love for learning was a constant throughout his life. He enjoyed the journey of education and thrived on acquiring new knowledge from the schools he attended. This thirst for knowledge complemented his hobbies, which included reading, fishing, hunting, and camping, pursuits that allowed him to connect with nature and find peace.
One of the most memorable celebrations was the joyful occasion of Kenneth's 50th wedding anniversary party, a testament to his enduring love and commitment. He shared his life with his beloved wife, Lue Ella Poteet, who predeceased him. Their bond was a cornerstone of his existence, and her memory lives on in the hearts of all who knew them together.
Kenneth is survived Shirley Poteet Moore and her extended family along with his loving children, Cheryl, Bryan, Kim, Carey, and Shawn, as well as multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom carries a piece of his legacy. He will be remembered not only for his professional contributions but also for the warmth and kindness he extended to those around him.
