Funeral Services for Lester Gene Marsing 79, of Bluewater, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-June 15, 2011-10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Grants, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the Pioneer Memorial Cemetery in Bluewater, New Mexico.
Visitation will be held on Thursday-June 15, 2011-9:00 AM till 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Gene was born on September 19, 1931 in Green River, Utah and he passed away on June 13, 2011 in Bluewater, New Mexico. He was a Veteran.
He is survived by his loving wife: Connie Marsing of Bluewater, New Mexico; Sons: Michael Marsing and wife Candas of Casa Grande, Arizona, Jody Marsing and wife Missy of Bluewater, New Mexico, Garet Marsing and wife Lorna of Phoenix, Arizona; Daughters: Deborah Webber and husband Mark of Bayfield, Colorado, Julie Lamance and husband Leonard of Bluewater, New Mexico, Jennifer Welsch and husband Michael of Phoenix, Arizona; Brothers: Albert Marsing of Moab, Utah, Eddie Marsing of Farmington, Utah and Chad Marsing of Center, Utah; Sisters: Laura Faye Leach of Salt Lake City, Utah, Donna Duncan of Tooele, Utah and Verdella Davis of Green River, Utah; 21 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Harva Marsing and Rebecca Marsing; Brothers: Harvey Marsing, Jay Marsing, Carles Marsing and Rex Marsing; Sister: Barbara Hansen.
Pallbearers will be: Mike Marsing, Garet Marsing, Jody Marsing, Josh Marsing, Dustin Marsing, Jade Mansing, Travis Lamance and Tracey Lamance.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Bryson Webber, Leonard Lamance, Mike Welsch, Dale Rowe, Trenton Webber and Mark Webber.
