Linda Rodriguez

November 28, 1981-March 1, 2024

Linda N. Rodriguez, 42, born of the late Edward and Mary Rodriguez, has passed away unexpectedly, on March 1, 2024. She was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and lived in Grants, New Mexico for several years and then located to Pueblo, Colorado where she graduated from Central High School in 2000. Linda moved back to Grants, New Mexico and got her CNA certification from New Mexico State University. Linda worked as a caregiver who showed compassion to not only her clients, but to everyone around her. Her loving and caring personality always shined. She had a contagious laugh that lit up any room she was in. She loved cooking, dancing, crafts and playing games. She had a fun and competitive side that made any game interesting but most of all, she loved supporting and cheering for her son. Watching him play baseball or basketball brought her nothing but smiles and excitement. She is survived by her son, Isaiah Rodriguez; sister, Darla Rodriguez; nieces, Mary and Serenity Rodriguez, Honey Gutierrez-Rodriguez; Aunt, Carol (Steven) Gallegos and many cousins who loved her deeply. 

Services to be held at Saint Teresa Catholic Church, 213 Smith Street, Grants, NM 87020 on April 26, 2024, Rosary @ 9:30 a.m. and Mass @10:00a.m.

The Celebration of life reception will be at the Coyote Del Malpais Golf Course, 2001 George Hanosh Blvd, Grants, NM 87020 following services at 12:00 p.m.

Burial to be held in Penasco, NM, May 24th @10:00a.m, in conjunction with her Aunt Ruth Olguin and Cousin Valerie Olguin.
