Lloyd Boney

Douglas "Loyd" Boney sadly passed away on November 29th at the age of 80.
Loyd was born in Clovis NM in June 1942 to parents Thomas and Willie Boney.
Before retirement, Loyd taught at Los Alamitos middle School and at New Mexico State University in Grants. He enjoyed reading, listening to music, spending time with friends and watching the Dodgers play.
He is predeceased by his wife Dorothy Boney and is survived by his daughter Stacie Smith.
Loyd did not want a funeral service, but a small group of family and friends gathered graveside on December 13 to honor his memory.
