She is survived by her Sisters: Betty E. Taylor of Gallup, New Mexico, Shirley Ellsworth of Crownpoint, New Mexico, Juanita Bates of Nahodishgish, New Mexico, Ro Ellsworth-Little and Annita Ellswoth both of Standing Rock, New Mexico and Lolita Ellsworth of Red Mesa, New Mexico; Brothers: Robert Ellsworth, Sr. and Dean Ellsworth both of Crownpoint, New Mexico and Rolland Ellsworth of Ramah, New Mexico.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Jay Ellsworth and Elta "Begay" Ellsworth; Brother: Rodger Ellsworth.
