Services for Lula Mae Cook 98, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-January 14, 2009-1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Grants Memorial Park.
Pastor Reuben Thomas will officiate.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday-January 14, 1009-12:00PM-1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church.
Lula Mae was born on June 18, 1910 in Brownwood, Texas and passed away on January 11, 2009 in Grants, New Mexico.
She is survived by her Children: Robert Allen Moore and wife Alta Faye of Grants, New Mexico, W.E. Moore and wife Ellen of Tucson, Arizona, Janie Ruth Moore of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Daughter in law: Inez Moore of Texas; 14 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren and 14 Great Great Grandchildren and her best friends: Maxine Mills and Ruth Lane both of Grants, New Mexico.
She is preceded in death by her son: Don G. Moore; parents: William Fred Hamilton and Annie Lee Thackston Hamilton; First Husband: Allen Moore, 2nd Husband Carl Bolton and 3rd Husband: Harold Cook; Grandsons: Vernon Moore and Jeff Watkins; Maternal Grandparents: J.W. Thackston and Elvan Thackston; Paternal Grandparents: J.R. Hamilton and Mary Emma Hamilton.
Pallbearers will be: Ron Moore, James Moore, Steven Moore, Ronnie Ellis Watkins, Gene Watkins and Joel Goss.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Allen Moore, Dave hardway, Trenten Moore and the members of the First United Methodist Church.
