Manuel Mirabal

Funeral Mass for Manuel J. Mirabal 73 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-November 24, 2010-10:00 AM at the San Rafael Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael cemetery. The Very Rev. Alberto Avella will be the Celebrant.



A rosary will be held on Tuesday-November 23, 2010-7:00 PM at San Rafael Catholic Church.



Mr. Mirabal was born on December 18, 1936 in Grants, New Mexico and went to be with his wife on their anniversary on November 21, 2010 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a retired Uranium Miner.



He is survived by his children: Ray Mirabal and wife Jody of Grants, New Mexico, Dorothy Chavez of Grants, New Mexico, Lupe Jaramillo and husband Allen Martinez of Grants, New Mexico; Sisters: Beatrice Salazar of Grants, New Mexico, Edwina Jaramillo of Grants, New Mexico, Domi Jaramillo and husband Tony of Grants, New Mexico, Theresa Gonzales and husband Bernie of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and Modesta Uranga of Los Angeles, California; 6 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.



He is preceded in death by his loving wife: Vivian Mirabal; Parents: Jesus Mirabal and Elizabeth Mirabal; Brother: Richard Mirabal.



Pallbearers will be: Manuel Griego, Joe Ray Mirabal, Pete Jaramillo, Alan Martinez, Domonic Salazar, Bernadine Torrez, Janice Jaramillo, and Nicole Griego.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Benjie Ortega, Joe Salazar, Philup Ortiz, Rudy Murrietta, Carlos Freelong, Albert Armijo, and Austin Pena
