Rosary and Funeral Mass for Maria de la Luz Sifuentes 87 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-June 22, 2016-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.

Maria was born on February 6, 1929 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico and she passed away on June 17, 2016 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a seamstress until she retired.

She is survived by her Daughter: Maria Griego and husband Alex of Grants, New Mexico; Son: Efren Sifuentes and wife Elaine of San Tan Valley, Arizona; 7 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Miguel Sifuentes; Son: Miguel Sifuentes, Jr.; Parents: Maximina Puente Saucedo and Francisco Saucedo; Sisters: Eufelia Cancino, Maria de los Angeles Garay, Isidra Diaz; Brothers: Vicente Saucedo and Juan Saucedo.

Pallbearers will be: Dave Griego, Don Griego, Emmanuel Sifuentes, Eddie Sifuentes, Paul Griego, Tristan Sanders.
