Onesimo C. Armijo

Onesimo C Armijo (Memo) was born on July 30, 1937 and passed away on May 31, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Lucy Armijo who passed away 8 months ago.
He missed her, loved her, and ached for her daily.
He is survived by his sons Randy (Joseph) of Silver Spring, MD, Bobby (Justina) of Bibo, NM,
Mark of Las Vegas NM, granddaughters Ariana (Elias) and Alexis of Bibo, NM, Sisters Aurora
Armijo and Sofia Marquez of Albuquerque, brother Venencio (Ida) and Esqueil (Florinda) Armijo
and Sister-In-Law Domie Armijo of Bibo.
He is also preceded in death by his father Jose and Mother Camila Armijo, Brother Bobby
Armijo, and Brother-in-Law Billy Marquez.
Onesimo Worked in construction for many years and in the mines. His passion was raising
cattle, horses, and ranching. He and Lucy would enjoy traveling to Laughlin with family and
friends. After Lucy passed away he became lonely and sad and would drive around his beloved
town of Bibo/Seboyeta. We believe he died from a broken heart.
On Wednesday June 5 a viewing will be held from 9-10am followed by a Holy rosary and a
Catholic Mass at 10:30am at our Lady of Sorrows church in Seboyeta, NM. Burial will follow at
Bibo Cemetery.
