Pauline L Martinez

Pauline L Martinez, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026, at the age of 76. She was born on September 14, 1949, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and resided in San Mateo, New Mexico.

Pauline was a loving and devoted woman whose greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time at the casino, loved butterflies, and cherished every moment shared with those she loved. Her warmth, humor, and caring heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by here sons, Michael Martinez and Wayne Martinez (Malinda); her daughter Amanda Martinez (Joseph); and her treasured grandchildren, Matthew, Adrian, Aaliyah, Adrianna, Alyssa, and Mercedez. Great grandchildren Harlee, Skye and Greyson. Brother Frank Montano, Nieces, Evelyne Marez and Amourita Montano.

Pauline was preceded in death by her daughter, Renee Martinez; her parents, Abelino and Sofie Salazar; her sisters, Frances Lucero and Ida Salazar; and her brothers, Alex and Gilbert Salazar.

Pauline's love for her family and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of those who loved her forever.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Immanuel Baptist Church in Milan, New Mexico. Burial will take place at San Mateo Cemetery.
