Memorial Services for Pauline E. Schrimsher, 70, of Gallup, New Mexico held on Saturday-March 25 from 2-4PM at the Sage Apartments 110 Rudy Drive Recreation Room. The family will receive visitors at that time.
Pauline was a Native New Mexican born on January 03, 1936 and passed away on March 22, 2006 in Gallup, New Mexico. She grew up and married in Gallup. While living in Gallup for more than 36 years she worked as a nurse at Rehoboth Hospital, a counselor for Battered Families, and an associate at Howling Coyote Bookstore, she was well versed in South West Literature.
Pauline is survived by her children John Schrimsher and wife Candy of Gallup, New Mexico, Jeri Bolton and husband John of Gallup, New Mexico and Kathy Weigl and husband Kevin of Gallup, New Mexico; 6 Grandchildren (Drew Schrimsher, Desi Schrimsher, Nathan Weigl, Justin Weigl, Charles Bolton and Amanda Bolton); her loving Mother; Geraldine Soderstadt of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Sisters: Mary Soderstadt of Los Lunas, New Mexico and Barbara Soderstadt-Coffman of Albuquerque, New Mexico as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father: Paul Soderstadt; brothers: Gerald Soderstadt, Johnnie Soderstadt and Paul Soderstadt, Jr. and a son: Charlie Schrimsher.
