Rosary and Funeral Mass for Phillip Ely Vigil 40 of Milan, New Mexico will be held on Friday-July 26, 2019-10:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.

Phillip was born on December 26, 1978 in Grants, New Mexico and he passed away on July 20, 2019 in Milan, New Mexico.

He is survived by his Parents: Fidolin Vigil and Velma "Olguin" Vilgil of Pecos, New Mexico; Brothers: Jeremy Michael Vigil of Lewiston, Idaho and Eduard Vigil of Pecos, New Mexico.
