He is survived by his Parents: Ted Montoya, Sr. and Sara "Lewis" Montoya of Gallup, New Mexico; Sisters: Rachel Montoya and Kathleen Rodriguez both of Gallup, New Mexico, Denise Montoya of San Diego, California and Tanya Morgan of Portland, Oregon and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his Brother: Ted Montoya, Jr.
