Robert was born on August 12, 1931 in Aztec, New Mexico and he passed away on April 14, 2019 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He was a Veteran of the US Navy.
He is survived by his Loving Wife: Marcella "Gallegos" Blacklock of San Rafael, New Mexico; Sons: Walter Blacklock of Maple Valley, Washington, Thomas Blacklock of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Daughters: Gayle Haro of Casa Grande, Arizona and Bazetta Blacklock-Schuver of Accokeek, Maryland; 3 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his Parents: Benjamin F. Blacklock and Elsie Mae "Dobbins" Blacklock.
