Funeral Mass for Sylvia M. Madrid, 63 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-October 6, 2005-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.

A rosary will be recited on Wednesday-October 5, 2005 - 7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.

Sylvia was born on May 11, 1942 in Villanueva, New Mexico and passed away on October 1, 2005 in the Grants, New Mexico.

She is survived by her children: Arturo Moreno of Grants, New Mexico, Joel Moreno of Grants, New Mexico and Shanna Moreno of Grants, New Mexico; Sisters: Jane Valencia of Grants, New Mexico and Helen Bernard of Grants, New Mexico; Brothers: Paul and wife Cathy Madrid of Grants, New Mexico and Johnny Madrid of Las Vegas, Nevada; Grandchildren: Daniella Moreno of Grants, NM, Daniel Garcia of Grants, NM, Dezerray Moreno of Grants, New Mexico, Gabriel Valdez of Grants, New Mexico, Ianna Moreno of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Angelo Santisteven of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Arturo Madrid and Gomecinda Lucero Madrid; Brothers: Tommy Madrid, Arthur Madrid, Juan Batista Madrid and Peter Madrid.
